Temporary Personal Assistant Needed for a Man with ALS

We are now looking for engaged substitutes who want to make a difference in the daily life of our male customer in Linköping. The customer has ALS and needs support during the absence of regular staff. Are you a positive person with experience in care and support? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the Role:

The customer has extensive care needs and communicates using an eye-controlled computer. The work often involves double staffing, which requires you to have excellent teamwork skills and be attentive to both the customer and his relatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in care and support (experience with ventilators or inhalers is an advantage).
• Is a cheerful and positive person who contributes good energy.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
• Is smoke-free.

Working Hours:

We are looking for substitutes for both day shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, and evening shifts from 4 PM to 10 PM, 5 PM to 11 PM.

You will receive thorough introduction and training tailored to the customer's specific needs.

Other:

• You need to have bank ID/mobile bank ID to view the schedule and sign your timesheet at the end of the month.
• Pay slips will be sent to Kivra.
• Selection is ongoing, so please apply in good time.

Salary and Agreement:

Inspirera Assistans applies individual salary setting, and you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights. We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.
