Active HVB Vasavägen and HVB Sandgatan are located in Linköping, receiving youth aged 16-20 for individual treatment in our apartment concept. We actively and purposefully work to create a safe, trusting, and meaningful environment for our youth.

With us, you will work in a team with various professionals who collectively lead the youth's treatment processes forward. We are engaged in everything concerning our youth. The work involves meeting people in crisis and/or with difficult life situations; it is crucial that you can see opportunities, convey hope, and meet people in a respectful and safe manner. Together with the youth, you create a functioning and secure everyday life, where you train together based on a milieu therapeutic approach.

You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way, enjoying working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of post-secondary or ongoing education in social work such as social pedagogy, behavioral science, or social work.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience working with the target group, experience in HVB

• Good computer skills, experience in documentation.

Role: Treatment Assistant

Employment type: Hourly substitute, summer substitute

Working hours: 80-100%

Working time: Irregular working hours and night shifts

Start date: As soon as possible

Collective agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
