We are now looking for a new on-call assistant for our client in central Mjölby.

The client lives in her own apartment, uses a wheelchair, and needs assistance with most aspects of daily life.

She trains frequently, either playing Boccia or working out at the gym. She enjoys planning activities during her free time, so as an assistant, you are expected to be active and enjoy cooking.

The client travels frequently for competitions, which means the schedule may vary. You will work more during some periods and less during others, so flexibility is essential.

This is a part-time position. Working hours vary; you may work full days (07:00–22:20) or have shifts split between morning and afternoon. If the client becomes ill, you may be required to stay overnight.

Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required as the client uses the Bliss symbol system for communication.

Employment Conditions:

To commence employment with SAAND Assistans, you must present a valid ID and documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

According to legislation, we are required to request a police record extract from all employees working as personal assistants for children under 18. To ensure the safety of our clients at SAAND Assistans, we obtain background checks for all our employees. Therefore, you must provide a police record extract prior to employment.
