• Client: Man in his mid-30s with a brain injury and epilepsy.
• Scope: Extra help as needed (day, evening, and night) during illness or leave.
• Work method: The client has double assistance 24/7.
• Start: Immediately.

• Help with all daily living activities and hygiene.
• Transfers using a lift.
• Tube feeding.
• Since the client cannot communicate verbally, you will be his voice during healthcare contacts and handle written documentation.

• Experience: You have previous experience working with people with disabilities (experience with epilepsy is a plus).
• Language: Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is required.
• Personality: Calm, perceptive, meticulous, and flexible.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license.

• You need to have BankID/mobile BankID to view schedules and sign your timesheet at the end of the month.
• Pay slips are sent via Kivra.
• We require a certificate of no criminal record (belastningsregisterutdrag).
• Selection is ongoing, so apply early.

At Inspirera Assistans, we have individual salary setting, which means a fixed base hourly wage + holiday pay, as well as shift allowance (OB) for evenings, weekends, and nights.

We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna, Branch G.
