We are currently looking for substitutes for our client in Motala. As a personal assistant, you are expected to have empathetic abilities, be attentive, and have a good understanding of what good customer service means for the client. Our client is a positive man with a great sense of humor. He enjoys speed and excitement, but it is also important that you can calm down the pace as he gets mentally tired easily. The duties include helping with everything from daily care and personal hygiene to household chores and activities. All transfers are done with a lift, and he moves around in a power wheelchair which he drives himself. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as some documentation and record-keeping are part of the job. A driver's license is required, as the client has his own car and would like you to be able to drive him. • You need to have BankID or mobile BankID to view the schedule and sign your timesheet at the end of the month.
• Selection is ongoing, so apply early!
• You must be able to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish, as the job involves customer contact and some documentation.
• Shift times: 08:00–19:00 and 19:00–08:00 (On-call/wait time 24:00–05:15).
