The client is a teenage girl who lives at home with her parents and siblings. She enjoys socializing, having coffee and cake, playing games, watching TV, and participating in various activities, such as obstacle courses and swimming.

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time and can step in as needed on afternoons, during school holidays, and on weekends. Working hours are planned according to agreement and needs. On weekdays, working hours might be, for example, 13:00–18:00 or 15:45–18:00, when the client returns home from school. During weekends and holidays, you will usually work from 10:00–18:00.

We are looking for you who are social, active, and driven, but who also enjoys quieter moments such as board games and movies. The work is always tailored to the client's needs, daily condition, and wishes.

The work may involve physical tasks, including transfers, which makes good physical fitness important. The ability to remain calm and act decisively in stressful situations is also necessary, as the client has epilepsy and may have seizures.

The client is looking for a fun and creative person with a good sense of humor. You should be meticulous and capable of working independently with the client's best interests in focus. Since the client needs assistance during bathing, you must be a competent swimmer. Experience in similar work is an advantage.

In addition to this, we would like you to:

• Be female, aged 20–30

• Speak fluent Swedish

• Have previous experience within LSS (Long-term support and services for persons with disabilities) (advantageous)

• Not have any fur allergies, as there are cats in the client's home

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
