Here with our client, a very charming young boy with significant care needs, you are needed! We are looking for someone who can work approximately 75% with varying schedules.

We need you who understands the seriousness of the work and the importance of creating safe and high-quality care for the client at home, but who can also plan a rich and pleasant day for the client. Together, we work to create a good working environment and a really great support team!

The daily work consists of supporting the client with what he needs help with, which includes, among other things, tube feeding. We work closely with healthcare providers and need to keep everyone updated. We document after each shift and hold regular workplace meetings (APT).

The Assistant's Role and Experience

As a person, you need to be meticulous, responsible, sensitive, proactive, and positive. Helping and being there for others should come naturally to you. We are looking for you who have some experience from care work, but personal suitability weighs the most. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all parts regarding the client's care needs and routines. It is important that you, as an assistant, get the right conditions to succeed in your new assignment.

Meritorious Experience

• Experience from work in healthcare/social care.
• Experience with epilepsy (EP).
• Experience with tube feeding.

Working Hours/Employment Level

• Fixed-term employment, part-time approx. 30 hours/week (approx. 75%).
• Shifts during day, afternoon/evening, weekends, and nights.

• We apply salary according to the Fremia Collective Agreement.
