About the employer The employer is an adult woman with an acquired brain injury and epilepsy. She uses a wheelchair and spends most of her time in bed. Due to her health condition, she needs help with most aspects of daily life, and is now looking for safe and female staff who can provide both support and companionship. Job Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene
• Mobility assistance (Physical strength is required)
• Household chores
• Meals and medication according to instructions
• Supervision and safe presence

Since the employer is largely bedridden, calmness, patience, and the ability to read another person's needs are important qualities for you as an assistant. We are looking for someone who is:

• Female, as requested by the employer
• Has a car and driver's license, as the person lives a bit outside Åtvidaberg where there is no public transport. (Requirement)
• Responsible, empathetic, and self-assured
• Attentive and respectful of privacy
• Fluent in Swedish (Requirement)
• Previous experience in personal assistance or similar work is preferred (not required)

You will receive an introduction on-site – personal suitability weighs the most. Scope & Working Hours

• Start: As agreed
• Hourly employment as needed (day/evening/weekend/night with on-call duties) with the possibility of a fixed schedule
• The scope of the position is adapted in dialogue with you
