We are looking for you who want to work as an assistant for an 18-year-old girl living in Nykil.

As a personal assistant, you have a varied job where the day may include everything from daily chores and care to accompanying her to daily activities, entertainment, and events. The work involves supporting the client throughout the day.

As a personal assistant to our client, you are an active part of her daily life, and you support her both at home and during various activities.

Experience with autism is an advantage.

The position is a temporary assignment on an as-needed basis, with the possibility of a permanent schedule for the right person.

You have experience in the assistant profession and have worked with young people with neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF).

You need to be driven in your work, engaged, and have the ability to work independently and motivate the young woman, while it is important not to be too "on" or overbearing. You follow instructions easily, are humble, and can take initiative and plan.

A police record extract is mandatory.

The family lives in Nykil, and a driver's license and access to a car are required as public transportation does not run at all times.
