We are looking for dedicated and creative employees for our daily activities and short-term stays according to the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Here, we work to ensure that every participant and visitor has the opportunity to develop based on their own prerequisites, strengthen their independence and participation, experience community, and find meaning in everyday life.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee within LSS, you work closely with the participants and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and developmental activity.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Provide individually adapted support in activities and engagement
• Plan, implement, and follow up on activities based on participants' needs and interests
• Support participants' independence, participation, and social development
• Document according to current legislation and routines
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other actors
• Contribute to the development and quality work of the activity

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a support pedagogue or have education within healthcare and social care, child and youth activities, social pedagogy, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Have documented experience working with children with disabilities
• Are confident, responsible, and have excellent teamwork skills
• Have the ability to work independently while contributing to the group's development
• Have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Hold a B driving license

Knowledge in clear pedagogy, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affective handling is meritorious.
