Your responsibilities
Here, you will work to meet the individual's needs. Our residents thrive in a calm environment, and you support them in their personal care, daily life, relationships, and participation. In your work, you contribute to releasing and developing the residents' own resources. The work includes all tasks found in a home setting, habilitation, medication management, documentation, and more.
We work based on IBIC (Individual Needs in Focus). In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop in your role as you will be assigned a contact person role, meaning you will plan support measures together with the individual. You are responsible for the implementation plan and document in the Treserva system. The role also involves close contact with relatives and other collaborating parties.

Some are of working age and participate in day activities, while others are retired. Their care needs vary, ranging from being very independent to needing help with many aspects of daily life.
Here, you work in a small team to offer the individual a meaningful life based on their conditions. You work days, evenings, every other weekend, and on-call sleeping shifts.
One position is 100% and the other is 50%. However, due to the right to full-time employment applied in Linköping Municipality, you have the opportunity to choose a higher employment percentage up to full-time.
You who apply
We are looking for you who have completed the Care and Nursing program, Child and Youth program, or other education deemed equivalent. You need to have previous experience working in support, care, and nursing. For this position, you need to be computer literate and have experience documenting in journal systems. Experience in writing implementation plans is also considered an advantage.
Previous experience working with people with intellectual or physical disabilities is considered an advantage. It is also desirable if you have experience working based on the IBIC method. The work involves a lot of contact and documentation, which means it is a requirement that you can communicate orally and in writing in Swedish.
You are independent, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive your work forward. You also work well with others, listen, and communicate clearly, and have the ability to adapt your communication style. It is also important that you have empathy and can put yourself in others' perspectives and situations.
In your work, we see that you can plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You have the ability to set and maintain different timeframes. You also adapt easily to changed circumstances and see opportunities in changes.
