In the role of personal assistant, you will be an important support in the user's daily life, which may involve assistance with personal care, household chores, activities, and social interaction. The work is tailored to the user's needs and wishes to create a safe and pleasant everyday life.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

✔️ Is responsible, attentive, and has a positive attitude

✔️ Has experience in care work (meritorious but not required)

✔️ Can work independently and take initiative

✔️ Has good communication skills and easily builds trust

✔️ Is flexible and can step in as needed

A driver's license and access to a car may be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

Scope:

We offer a position with a 70% employment rate where shifts will be evenings Mon-Fri and every other weekend.

Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
