Are you looking for a rewarding, fun, and varied job as a personal assistant? A job where you can make a difference for another person? Then we might have the assignment for you.

We are looking for a personal assistant who wants to work with our customer in Söderköping. We would prefer a lively retiree or someone studying who wants an extra job. You will assist with everything in our customer's daily life, including meals, personal hygiene, and leisure interests. You will be our customer's extended arm, helping where the disability sets limits. In your role, you will also plan and structure our customer's daily life together with them to help them become as independent as possible.

Our customer is a 23-year-old girl with Down syndrome, autism, and developmental delay.

Our customer's interests include TikTok, music, singing, using her phone, and relaxing on the couch. She also enjoys going out to exercise. The customer lives in central Söderköping in her own apartment.

You and our customer will stick together through thick and thin, on vacation, at parties, and in everyday life. You will develop a close relationship with each other. Therefore, it is important that the chemistry is right and that you enjoy each other's company.

For this position, you are required to:

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours / Duration: The position is as a substitute when a regular employee is sick or on vacation. The work is scheduled at varying times during the day, evening, night, and weekends. You will work from about 09:00 to 09:00 the next day with waiting time at night.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

Start date: Immediately for introduction.
