Imera AB is looking for hourly substitutes and vacation substitutes for our LSS group home in Motala. With us, you will have a meaningful job where you make a difference for people with complex needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support users in their daily lives according to individual needs and action plans.

• Create a safe and respectful environment.

• Handle challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.

• Document according to applicable routines.

• The work may include on-call duties.

About You:

We are looking for someone with relevant education, such as from the Care and Nursing Program or YH education in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good Swedish in speech and writing as well as a driving license (B) (requirement).

It is a requirement that you have experience in care and nursing, LSS, or psychiatry.

You are calm, stable, professional, and can handle stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental endurance.
