Digital Communicator E-Seller

Partrex continues its strong growth in the Nordics and is now expanding its operations to Finland. In connection with this initiative, we are further expanding our organization and are looking for a Digital Communicator E-Seller who wants to help build and develop our digital business in an international market.

Partrex AB is now looking for an E-Seller & Digital Communicator who wants to help develop and drive Partrex's e-commerce business in Finland and Sweden. Here, you combine digital business development with content creation and communication. Partrex is a leading supplier of spare parts and accessories for construction machinery in the Nordics. The company operates several e-stores and collaborates with leading digital marketing specialists and a highly competent advertising agency.

You will work on developing Partrex's e-stores, optimizing conversion, creating content, and managing digital communication. All with the goal of growing the business and generating revenue through a well-functioning digital strategy that elevates the company to the next level. The position is based at Partrex's headquarters in Hörnefors. (The Finnish office is located in Nurmijärvi.)

Your Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in both Sweden and Finland via digital media including social media.
• Daily contact with your Finnish colleagues. Work closely with product area managers within the company.
• Act as customer service both digitally and via phone.
• Develop knowledge and understanding of Partrex's product range in Finland and Sweden.
• Create and publish content for social media and websites.
• Analyze data and improve marketing strategies with a clear goal of growing the business.
• Photograph and film our products in action at customer sites and create professional digital material.
• Image and video editing.
• Collaborate with external digital specialists and advertising agencies.
• Drive and develop the company's e-commerce business together with a focused team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Fluent in Finnish and Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Has strong digital skills and knowledge of, and preferably experience in, e-commerce and digital marketing and sales.
• Is business-driven and has a good understanding of sales.
• Enjoys working in a team.
• Is a skilled communicator who can create engaging and business-driving content.
• Has experience with social media and digital advertising.
• Is technically inclined and has a solution-oriented mindset.
• Has a B driver's license and enjoys being out with customers to photograph and film.
• Has good knowledge of English.

Meritorious:

• Experience with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge in image processing and video editing.
• Experience in marketing and sales.
• Experience communicating on social media B2B and/or B2C.
