Within the Care and Support Administration, we have full-time as the norm. This means that all permanent employees essentially have a full-time position. More information about what this means for this position will be provided during a potential interview. Exceptions (from full-time as the norm) are personal assistants.

Job Description

As a substitute worker, you play a central role in the operation by replacing regular staff during absences and contributing to continuity and security in daily work. You work closely with both colleagues and residents to create a functioning and meaningful everyday life. Your duties include providing support in daily routines such as personal care, meals, and household chores, while also encouraging and motivating independence, activities, and social interaction. You work based on implementation plans and are responsible for documenting in the operational system. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals to ensure the best possible support.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and who has very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Experience in care or similar fields is an advantage.

Since the position is a substitute role, we are looking for someone who can be flexible and available as needed, often at short notice.

You are a person with good self-awareness and confidence in your professional role. You can distinguish between personal and work-related issues and maintain a professional demeanor even in challenging situations. You adapt your approach according to the situation and needs, thereby contributing to a calm, clear, and respectful environment for both users and colleagues. Furthermore, you are flexible and can quickly adjust to changing circumstances, change perspectives when necessary, and see the opportunities that arise in new situations. To succeed, we also see that you work in a structured manner, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively, as well as set and adhere to deadlines.
