About the position:

Our client has autism, which means he needs assistance in various everyday situations where his disability imposes certain limitations. You will act as his extended arms and legs, helping him in situations he could otherwise manage on his own. His interests include movies, café visits, socializing with friends, and walking his dogs regardless of the weather. The tasks vary and include both high and low activities, just like in everyday life.

Personal Assistance Team Leader Wanted!

We are looking for a dedicated and structured team leader for our personal assistance team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting assistants in their daily work, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality assistance based on the client's needs and wishes (referring to the client mentioned above).

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in personal assistance or leadership
• Is confident, attentive, and responsible
• Has good communication skills

Who are you?

We are looking for a caring and friendly person, just like the client himself. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as communication is an important part of your collaboration. Your assistance with spelling when he writes his stories will be a central part of your role.

Previous experience in care work is a plus, but personal suitability is the most important factor. A driver's license is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Working hours: Varying shifts (day/evening/night/weekend).
