Leva LSS care is looking for more dedicated support assistants for both daytime and night work on an hourly basis and permanent positions at our lovely residence in Heby. Here, six individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (group 1 according to LSS) 9§9 live.
With us, you will be part of a well-functioning operation with a clear value base. We work with autonomy-supporting pedagogy, low-affect responses, and the PERMA model as our foundation – and offer internal training in these methods.
Our vision is to create a home where each individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination, while a health-promoting lifestyle and physical activity are a natural part of everyday life.
As part of our focus on innovation, we are implementing digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling to support both users and staff in daily life.
We are looking for someone who is engaged and has a passion for care work. Experience in similar work is preferred, but we place great importance on personality in our recruitment.
