Östagården HVB in Tärnsjö is looking for a driven, experienced, and responsible man/woman for the position of treatment manager!

At Östagården HVB, we work with young people struggling with substance abuse. Treatment is based on CBT with elements of the 12-step program. We have a good and stable staff group with an open atmosphere.

You should be an educated treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or have other relevant education for this position.

The position involves responsibility for the company's goals, strategies, and guidelines. Based on applicable legislation, regulations, and governing documents, you will ensure good, safe care and treatment, contribute to a good and safe working environment, and work closely with treatment.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • coordination responsibility for the treatment work as a whole.
  • responsibility for the implementation and execution of current work and treatment methods.
  • being a mentor and support for the therapists and following up on their work.
  • occasionally leading groups according to the organization's treatment plan.
  • maintaining the structure established at the decision-making level and ensuring that the therapists do the same and work in the same way, focusing on treatment, structure, and the organization's routines.

You are responsible for:

  • the overall planning for the young people together with the deputy manager, relevant authorities, and networks.
  • following up on the therapists' work such as documentation, parent meetings, etc., as well as holding contact meetings and providing feedback to the therapists each week.
  • being updated on the young people's development.
  • writing monthly reports.
  • following up on screenings in the journal system.
  • participating in the organization's meetings during the day.
  • conducting treatment conversations with the young people and following up on their care and implementation plans.
  • participating in startup meetings, follow-up meetings, and network meetings digitally or on-site together with the deputy manager.
  • planning the young people's leaves/home trips and coordinating these with the deputy manager, social services, and relatives, as well as establishing leave contracts.
  • booking tickets for leaves/home trips.
  • maintaining contact with schools and internship places.
  • participating in mandatory staff meetings and supervision.
  • ensuring incident reports are prepared in case of any incidents.
