This is a recruitment of summer substitutes for several operations within the Social Administration. We offer both hourly employment and full-time positions over the summer. We are looking for staff for the multi-step accommodation and Idun, which are support accommodations for individuals with harmful use and dependence on alcohol or drugs. We are also looking for staff for the support team that works with the same target group but in their own homes. The work consists of social and motivational support, which is individually tailored.

Job Description

In the role of treatment assistant and support worker, you will provide support in maintaining sobriety and drug-free living. You will provide practical help in the client's own apartment. You will offer our clients social and motivational support. The position involves collaboration with healthcare, social services, and other partners.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has at least a high school diploma, and post-secondary education is an advantage. The position requires previous experience working with people. A driver's license (B) is a requirement for staff in the support team.

As a person, you are stable and secure, maintaining calm even in pressured situations and have the ability to focus on what is important. You are socially active, build trusting relationships, and create good contacts in your profession. With a strong empathetic ability, you can understand other people's perspectives without taking over their feelings. You communicate clearly and engagingly, both in conversations and in groups, and are attentive and flexible to different needs and situations.
