We are now looking for summer and part-time substitutes for some of our HVB homes in the Uppland region. About the position

For the HVB homes in the Uppland region where we are currently seeking staff, we welcome you who want to support children and young people, transgender individuals, and non-binary people aged 10 – 20 years. The children and young people we meet may have social difficulties, emotional challenges, and various types of risk behaviors. Together, we create a safe and supportive environment for their development.

With us, you will work with evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Your job will be to help these young individuals develop, both through treatment and in their daily routines.

As a part-time substitute, you will be an important part of our young people's daily lives. Your tasks include:

- Supporting the young individuals according to their individual treatment plans

- Documentation of interventions and development

- Contact with social services and other authorities

- Participating in daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and accompanying on activities and medical visits

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, responsible, and flexible. You find it easy to build relationships and enjoy working in an environment where no day is the same as the other. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have experience working with young people and be familiar with our methods.

Meritorious:

- Experience working in treatment for children and young people

- Knowledge of CBT, MI, or other evidence-based methods

- Experience with documentation and medication management

- Post-secondary education focused on children and young people, or ongoing studies

Other:

- A driver's license (B) is required

- You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

- Good computer skills are required

- Before employment, we request an extract from the Police Authority's criminal and suspicion register.

The position is a fixed-term employment and working hours may vary between days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
