Role and Experience of the Assistant

Our client is in their 20s and is looking for someone who is self-assured with knowledge of low-arousal approaches. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and attentive. Since the majority of the work is solitary, it is important to be able to take initiative. In your role as a personal assistant, you will be the client's right hand, helping with hygiene, meals, transfers, and other regular routines to meet the client's support needs. We would like you to be an active person who enjoys going out on activities with the client.

We are looking for someone who lives in the Uppsala region. We prefer that you are flexible regarding working hours, as the staffing in the team adjusts if someone becomes ill or is on vacation; we support our client and each other.

We require you to provide a criminal record extract.

Preferred Experience

· Previous experience in personal assistance or within healthcare and social services.

· Previous experience with epilepsy, PEG, and PEP mask.

· Proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form.

· Proficient in Swedish or English in both spoken and written form.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

· Immediate start.

· Part-time position 75 - 80%.

· Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights.
