Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We have several clients in Uppsala who need a flexible, mature, reliable, creative, brave, cheerful, and fun person who can step in as needed. You may also take on some fixed shifts with one client and fill in more time with others. You will be properly introduced to one client at a time so you can get comfortable.

Our clients are of varying ages and have diverse needs for help and support. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a few years of experience in care or support. Please write and tell us about your experiences and why you would be a good fit for this role.

Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement as communication can occur in various ways. Please prepare a personal identification certificate and an extract from the criminal record for working with children with disabilities. (This will allow you to work with all our clients)

Collective agreements are in place.
