We are looking for a female assistant who wants to work for an active woman in her 20s.

The position is 90% with seven shifts every four weeks. The job is located in Enköping.

As a person, you are calm, secure, flexible, attentive, meticulous, and responsible. We also appreciate a good sense of humor!

Your tasks include helping with everything necessary to ensure a good everyday life together. Various activities are an important part of the daily routine.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and experience with low-arousal approaches is an advantage. Previous experience as a personal assistant is also a plus.

The work involves day and night shifts, 7 shifts per month.

Recruitment Process 

We will contact candidates who are relevant for a first interview on an ongoing basis. The position will be filled when we find the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at Storsjöbyden Personal Assistance, together with the client, and any relatives, guardians, or other concerned parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a criminal record check is required.

Employment Conditions

If you proceed in the recruitment process, you will need to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and time reports, you will need a BankID.

To ensure high quality in the assistance, new employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (about 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than within a month from the start of employment.
