Östagården HVB's target group is boys aged 15-20 years with risk/addiction, dependency, social difficulties, and emerging criminality. We work based on CBT with elements of the 12-step program. We are located outside Tärnsjö in a wonderful working environment, within walking distance to a lake, football field, mini-golf, etc.

We are looking for staff with education/experience who want to work extra. We offer day shifts, overnight shifts, and weekend shifts.

We have a good, stable regular staff group with the same goal; to offer each individual a qualitative treatment in a safe environment. With us, relationship building starts on day one. We work based on our values Respect, Care, Structure - R.O.S.

You will receive a thorough introduction where we go through our structure, routines, and frameworks as well as each individual's issues and conditions.

We are spoiled with our own housekeeper who prepares meals from scratch, and we have educational meals, which means that all staff on duty eat together with our youth.

You will be involved in daily tasks such as day and week planning, sitting in or leading groups, and having individual conversations with the youth, supporting them based on their needs. Everything we do is documented in our journal system.
