Konsultia specializes in staffing and recruitment that drives Swedish industry forward.

We are currently establishing ourselves in new locations and are looking for consultant managers who want to join us early and build the business locally. This is an operational and business-oriented role for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment where decision-making is swift and results are visible daily. You will build relationships, conduct business, staff assignments, and ensure we meet our clients' needs. A role where you will have significant responsibility and make a real difference!

Who we think you are

You have experience from an operational business role – for example in service sales, B2B, or another context where relationships, activity levels, and customer focus have been central. Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus, but definitely not a requirement. For us, it is more important where you want to go than exactly what you have done. We are not looking for perfect CVs or long merit lists but focus on potential, drive, and the willingness to build business – especially when engagement and persistence mean everything.

What the role looks like

You will step in at an early stage in your location and have great opportunity to influence. There are no ready-made client assignments waiting; it is up to you to create them.

In your daily work, this means that you:

• Build customer relationships and develop the business locally

• Schedule and conduct customer meetings – from first contact to business

• Recruit, introduce, and follow up on consultants in assignments

• Ensure quality in delivery and a good working environment

• Follow up on your business and take responsibility for results and development

Practical conditions

• Salary: 35,000–45,000 SEK/month, depending on experience.

• Driver's license: B driver's license required

• Car: Own car needed initially during establishment

• Employment: Permanent employment with an initial probationary period
