We are looking for a systems security engineer who wants to work on the development of advanced management systems in a defense-related and critical societal environment. You will play a central role in ensuring that systems and solutions meet high standards for systems security and user protection. The role involves work throughout the development process and over the product's lifecycle, focusing on identifying, preventing, and mitigating risks related to technology, people, environment, and property.

• Analyze design and architecture from a systems security perspective
• Identify product security risks and conduct risk analyses
• Propose and drive measures to minimize and control risks
• Derive, formulate, and manage security requirements
• Plan, execute, and follow up on verification and document compliance with requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in systems work with systems security
• Experience working according to established standards in the field, such as H SystSäk 2011, MIL-STD-882E, GEIA-STD-0010, DEF-STAN-0060, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience with real-time systems and/or management systems
• Ability to communicate the system's function and architecture to various stakeholders
• Domain knowledge in safety-critical or defense-related systems
• Experience in verification/validation and traceability from requirements to testing
