Voima Protect is part of Voima Group, where the group's companies together cover the entire value chain for precious metals - from pre-treatment, analysis, and refining to secure storage and logistics.

Within this structure, Voima Protect functions as the operational and infrastructure-focused unit responsible for secure storage and logistics solutions. The company operates in an environment with very high security requirements and is currently being built up to support both internal needs and external customers.

The Swedish operation is in an early expansion phase where central services, processes, and security frameworks are being established from the ground up.

The Role

We are now looking for a Security Operator who wants to help drive the daily operations in a high-security facility.

The work is practical and operational and includes the secure handling of valuable assets, internal monitoring, access control, and opening and closing procedures according to strict security protocols.

Due to the nature of the operation and future opportunities for expanded security-critical and regulated services, we are looking for a candidate with a background or education in security or surveillance.

The position is initially daytime, but shift work may become relevant in the future.

Main Responsibilities

Depending on the work shift and the needs of the operation, the tasks may include:

Secure handling and storage of goods in a high-security environment
Work in the internal alarm and control center
Monitoring of premises and movements within the facility
Supervision of personnel and goods transports
Opening and closing of security-classified areas
Compliance with internal security procedures and instructions

As the operation develops, the role may expand with additional security-related tasks, such as:

Personnel searches and security checks
Monitoring and management of personnel flows
Reception and access control
Surveillance assignments, including cash transport-related tasks
Handling of cash or other high-value items
Personal protection-related assignments

Requirements

Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing
Experience in security, surveillance, or similar assignments and/or relevant education
Good physical ability and confidence in handling heavier objects
High reliability, accuracy, and good situational awareness
Ability to follow routines in a regulated and security-critical environment
Flexibility to work shifts in the long term

The company provides all necessary training for the role.

Voima Protect does not currently conduct authorized surveillance operations in Sweden, but future expansion may mean that the role broadens to include licensed security assignments.
