About the Position

As a Gym Host at Fitness24Seven in Landskrona, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where you combine your passion for fitness with your interest in customer contact. You will be part of an engaged team that values health and service.

In the role of Gym Host, you will belong to the Landskrona cluster, which includes four facilities - Landskrona, Kävlinge, Eslöv, and Lomma. The position is a part-time role at 50% with a desired start in February. The working hours are mainly Monday to Thursday from 15:00 to 20:00.

Your main responsibilities as a Gym Host will include:

Contributing to a positive customer experience by motivating, providing excellent service, and building relationships with members
Proactively meeting members' needs while inspiring and guiding them towards a healthier lifestyle
Conducting orientation tours for new members and giving them a welcoming start at the gym
Managing sales activities both within and outside the facilities
Participating in and conducting events and member evenings
Answering questions from members and acting as an ambassador

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed high school and has an interest in sales and marketing. You are service-minded and thrive in a role where you can take your own initiatives. Furthermore, we see that you are outgoing, driven, and have an easy time connecting with new people. You also have a genuine interest in fitness and health, and you see a long-term future in your work at Fitness24Seven.

Interest in sales and ability to connect with people
Ability to work independently and take initiatives

Previous experience in service-oriented jobs is an advantage but not a requirement. We also expect you to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good understanding of English. Since the role involves working alone and handling payment methods, you must be at least 18 years old.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
