You will receive good support from colleagues, management, special educators, and pedagogical developers. You and your colleagues are responsible for planning and implementing teaching. You will document and follow up on the pedagogical work. All educators have their own iPad as a tool for documentation. We have four professional development days per school year. Falköping municipality offers wellness grants, work clothes, educational meals, and free coffee.

What are we looking for in you?

You are a qualified preschool teacher, and it is an advantage if you have training and experience with children with Type 1 diabetes.

We are looking for you who are an engaged and present educator. You are professional and want to be involved in creating a fun, safe, and educational preschool. It is important that the education is based on the children's needs and interests, that you are a curious co-researcher in the children's learning, see opportunities, and are a good role model.

Your ability to collaborate is very good, you are accommodating, and you have a trustworthy approach towards both children and guardians as well as colleagues. Your child focus should characterize and be visible in your work, and you should contribute to workplace joy.

Information

The position is a fixed-term employment until June 12, 2026. The position may possibly be filled internally if a surplus of competence is identified within the organization, and then this recruitment will be interrupted.
