I am looking for a personal assistant who wants to work extra!

I am a man living in Skövde who needs personal assistance around the clock. I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks, swimming, and participating in activities that promote my well-being. I appreciate engaging in activities that are mindful of my emotional state. Your workplace is wherever I am, whether at home, with friends/family, or on an outing/trip. I move around in a wheelchair and communicate using sounds and body language.

I am looking for someone who is humble, patient, and flexible, and who believes in a good collaboration where we together create a meaningful life for me. As my assistant, you will play an important role in supporting me with a warm and empathetic approach. Your support is needed in various activities and with the use of different aids. Experience in assistance is a plus. Your ability to be present and attentive is crucial.

• It is important to note that I have allergies, which means the workplace must be completely fragrance-free.
• You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• It is also desirable that you are smoke- and snuff-free.
• If you have a driver's license, it is an advantage.

Scope: Hourly employment as needed. The scheduling of shifts varies, so you must be prepared to work both days, evenings, weekends, and nights on call.
