JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant to provide support in daily life to individuals with functional variations. The position mainly consists of day/evening shifts, with some hours possibly scheduled at night.

The work includes providing personal care, household tasks, and recreational activities, as well as other tasks that occur in the daily life of the person receiving assistance. It is part of your assignment to maintain social documentation. The work is built in collaboration with the person receiving assistance, colleagues, and the unit manager.

The LSS operations implement decisions regarding interventions according to the Act on Support and Service for Certain Persons with Functional Impairments (LSS). The interventions that the individual has been granted should promote equality in living conditions, participation in community life, and provide the opportunity to live like others. The interventions should be carried out with good service and quality and continuously developed.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have experience in care and support work. We prefer that you have worked as a personal assistant with a rehabilitative approach. It is not a requirement to have education in the care and support program, but it is an advantage.

You must be a calm, stable, and secure person who can work structured both independently and in a group. We place great importance on personal suitability and that you are genuinely interested in working with people. We are looking for employees with empathy, ability to relate, and flexibility.

For the position, you need to be at least 18 years old. A driver's license is required.
