We at Alma Assistans are looking for hourly substitutes for our client in Tranemo.
We are looking for someone who can work in a family setting, both to see what needs to be done and to take initiative at home. However, it is also important to be discreet and allow the family to be a family. You will be working with a man in his 40s who has significant physical care needs, which the client describes to his assistants. All necessary aids are available in the home, and the home is adapted to his needs.
Having prior experience in care is considered a great merit. The family resides in Tranemo, and you will have easy access to the workplace. A driver's license and a car are preferred.
The basic schedule will be as follows: 07:30-16:30 and 16:00-09:00 - 7.5 hours on-call. This will be evaluated together with the client and assistants in the future and may change.
Recruitment will take place continuously.
