Personal Assistant in Borås

We are looking for someone who wants an exciting, developing, and varied job as a personal assistant in Borås.

The working hours are scheduled for awake nights, with shifts every other weekend.

Working as a personal assistant involves a varied job performed both in and outside the user's home environment. You support and motivate the person at home with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, handling assistive devices, training, feeding, cooking, medication management, and providing support in school. Manage epileptic seizures.

We are now looking for assistants for a 19-year-old girl with cognitive and physical disabilities. She has epilepsy and communicates via computer and pictures.

Requirements:

• You have good physical fitness, as the work can be physically demanding.
• You speak and understand Swedish fluently, as you will interpret for the girl in her surroundings.
• Additionally, you are stable and secure in yourself, have no problems handling stress, and have a positive attitude towards life and enjoy collaborating.

The position starts as a temporary employment as soon as we find the right assistant, with the possibility of transitioning to a fixed-term employment as long as the assistance assignment lasts, with a working degree of 70-75%.
