Who are we?

The cohesion within the unit is strong, with everyone caring for each other's well-being. We have a lead social worker who manages the daily work. Employees in the unit participate in supervision and networks, receive methodological support, and benefit from close collegial support.

We are in an exciting phase where we are gathering expertise from the labor market and welfare sectors into a new work model. In the unit, caseworkers in financial assistance and career counselors work together with individuals on their path to self-sufficiency.

What can we offer you?

The main task is to work together with individuals all the way to self-sufficiency. The paths to self-sufficiency vary based on individual needs. During the process towards self-sufficiency, the right to financial assistance is assessed and tested.

With us, you are an important part of supporting individuals towards self-sufficiency and an independent life. The individuals we meet often need various forms of support aimed at strengthening their own resources. It is crucial to identify needs and meet them in a way that promotes individual development. The work involves collaboration both internally and externally.

The job includes tasks such as initial visits, follow-up visits, planning meetings, follow-up meetings, on-call duties, collaboration, and case management tasks. Together with the individual, action plans are established. Documentation tasks are included and recorded in the operational system VIVA.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another academic qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.

We prefer candidates with previous experience working with the target group and authority case management, as well as good knowledge of the laws underlying the work. It is valuable if you have training or experience in conversation methodology, such as MI or 7-twenty, and knowledge of BIP.

You should also have a broad understanding of other areas of social services and other collaborative partners in the work, such as the Social Insurance Agency, the Employment Agency, and healthcare.

You meet people with respect, trust, and commitment. You have a strong belief in individual potential and enjoy work that requires presence, relationship-building, and flexibility.

The tasks require good structure, a solution-focused approach, initiative, and the ability to drive processes. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and experience using various operational systems included in your assignment.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and as we are in an exciting development phase, you are someone who enjoys development! A manual driving license is a requirement.
