Would you like to be offered an exciting and developing job while working to provide people with a good life every day? Do you also want the opportunity to grow in a company that values engagement, joy, and responsibility? Then you have the chance to apply for a job with us at Humana. In this role, you will work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.
As we are starting a new treatment unit, we are now looking for treatment staff who want to be part of an exciting startup project and then continue to develop the operations in the best way together with management and colleagues. The business is located centrally in Mölndal.
We are looking for engaged treatment pedagogues who are passionate about working with children and adolescents!
About us
Villa Sol HVB will become a small family-oriented operation. The service targets boys aged 10-13 years with psychosocial issues, self-destructive behaviors, and emotional regulation problems. We will offer three treatment places and accept placements according to SoL and LVU. Our goal is to provide each young person with better opportunities to live a good and safe life by achieving change, development, and maturity based on the individual treatment plan. We have a ready-made concept used in other HVB within Humana, which will also be applied at Villa Sol, but there is room to influence the structure of the operation. We will focus heavily on an active and meaningful everyday life, where collaboration with, for example, schools will be a natural part. We will work with evidence-based methods based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our ambition is to contribute to the safety and development of the young people, so that after their treatment period with us, they can take the next step in life!
