Are you a playful and mischievous person? Then you might be the one I am looking for as one of my female assistants.

I am a 17-year-old girl living on the outskirts of Tibro with my family. I need help with toilet routines, monitoring me while I sleep, taking my medications, assisting me in getting to various activities, and being my support in everyday life, where my disability sets limits. I have a muscle impairment that requires me to do stretching exercises regularly. I do not have a spoken language and communicate using pictures, body language, gestures, my communication book PODD, and my digital communication aid. I also have a pointing lamp to assist me. I have epilepsy, so I need help if and when I have seizures. I eat via a feeding tube/button in my stomach, and it is good if you have experience with that; otherwise, I will teach you.

Having experience or education is a plus.

We wish for you to be a woman who is easy to cooperate with and has the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously. You should, of course, enjoy working with children. We prefer that you have at least a nursing assistant education or equivalent, as well as previous experience working with children. We would like you to have experience with autism, feeding tubes, and tube feeding. The team around our client is important, so we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and that there is a good connection between you and our client. A driver's license and access to a car are required, as public transport does not align with our working hours.

The need for staff is primarily weekday afternoons from 14:30-21/21:30 and during holidays and weekends from 09:00-21:00. There is also a need for awake night shifts from 21/21:30-8:20/09:00. Daytime shifts are also available during holidays.

There is an opportunity for a regular schedule for the right person.
