Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a female personal assistant for a 42-year-old woman living in Eriksberg, Hisingen.

The woman has MS and needs support in her daily life to live as independently and actively as possible.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will work closely with the user in her home and support her in her daily activities. The tasks may include:

• Assistance with personal hygiene
• Transfers using a lift
• Turning and positioning
• Support during training and movement
• Help with household chores
• Assistance with dog care, such as grooming

There is a small dog in the home, so it is important that you are comfortable with animals.

Working Hours and Employment

The position starts as a part-time employment. The shifts are scheduled as follows:

• Day shifts: 08:00–18:00
• Night shifts: 18:00–08:00

During night shifts, there is a sleeping duty from 00:00 to 05:40.

The position may eventually transition to a fixed-term employment as long as the assignment lasts, with working hours according to agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a woman (based on the user's request)
• Can speak and write Swedish
• Is calm, responsible, and attentive
• Experience in personal assistance or work in healthcare is an advantage

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and chemistry.
