The adult support and treatment unit includes operations for authority exercise related to violence in close relationships, harmful use and dependence, outpatient teams, and family centers.

We are a team of nearly 40 employees gathered under one roof, which encompasses all authority exercises concerning children and families, adults, administration, and our outpatient team. The workplace is about a 10-minute walk from the station, and there are good bus and train connections to Herrljunga.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an engaged colleague for the adult unit's area of harmful use/dependence and violence in close relationships.

Adults seeking support and protection due to violence in close relationships, honor-related violence, or those who may have harmful use, addiction/dependence on alcohol, drugs, or gambling will come to you, where you as a social worker will investigate with the support of SoL and LVM. You will investigate, make decisions, and follow up on interventions.

Collaboration and social work are important and fundamental for us, where our common goal is to find and strengthen the individual's own resources. We have close collaboration with our own outpatient operations and other departments within the administration. We also see that a coordinated individual plan, SIP, is a good form of collaboration together with the individual.

A glimpse of what a day at the adult unit may look like:

• You work with authority exercise - investigating, making assessments, making decisions about interventions, and following up on interventions.
• You conduct a FREDA, a standardized assessment method, or another equivalent risk and safety assessment based on violence in close relationships, honor-related violence.
• You conduct an ASI, standardized interview material, regarding harmful use/dependence together with the individual.
• You may meet individuals in need of urgent support, help, or protection.
• You participate in various meeting formats such as Apt, SIP, collaboration in individual cases, supervision, group meetings, meetings with those we serve.

This is an independent job that entails a high degree of flexibility, individual support, and motivational work with the individual, where each case and individual is unique.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a social worker, has a bachelor's degree in behavioral science, or another higher education that we assess as equivalent, including social law. Experience in authority exercise is meritorious, preferably within social services areas of harmful use/dependence and violence in close relationships.

As a person, you are structured and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. You have a good ability to create relationships, analyze legal texts and information, and draw conclusions in daily work.

It is also meritorious if you are certified in the methods we use such as ASI, FREDA, SARA, PATRIARK.

You are also flexible, have good self-awareness, are secure, and unpretentious.
