Personal Assistant Wanted for Active and Happy Girl with Autism

We are currently seeking two dedicated and reliable personal assistants for a girl with autism who uses a wheelchair. The job involves providing support in daily life and contributing to a meaningful, safe, and active environment. A significant part of the work is to accompany the client in her daily activities, where you as an assistant will be involved in supporting and encouraging development, schoolwork, and hobbies.

About the Position

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the person's daily life. The work involves both personal care and active participation in rehabilitative efforts in everyday life. You will work closely with management and other assistants to create structure, safety, and development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities May Include:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Managing feeding tubes
• Assistance with transfers
• Accompanying on activities and to school
• Support in communication and social situations
• Contributing to a safe, structured, and developing daily life

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is calm, responsible, empathetic, and has a great sense of humor
• Is passionate about their work
• Has good teamwork skills and is attentive
• Has good Swedish language skills in speech and comprehension

Working Hours

We are now looking for assistants for the following positions:

• POSITION 1: Every other weekend (even weekends) 07-15 or 15-22
• POSITION 2: Summer job scheduled for weeks 25-34 (day, evening, and night)
