One of the unit's three senior social workers is relocating back to their hometown, so we are now looking for you to join us as a Senior Social Worker. Your role will be to lead and distribute the daily work for a team of approximately six investigative social workers. Your mission is to provide operationally close support to the unit's social workers, strengthen independence in their professional practice, ensure legal security in our work, and promote the participation of children and young people.
The development work carried out at the unit is well anchored in the working groups, and there is a high ambition to continue developing our operations. As a Senior Social Worker, you will work in close collaboration with other social workers in the department as well as with the unit manager. We actively work to maintain good internal collaboration at all levels, in which you as a Senior Social Worker play a decisive role.

Qualifications
For this position, we are looking for a qualified social worker with several years of experience in the exercise of authority within the field of children and young people. You have good knowledge of applicable legislation and a strong interest in management issues. Knowledge of and interest in the Signs of Safety/Partnering for Safety approach is an asset, as is an interest in the implementation of this approach.
We value your thoroughness and your pronounced child focus, as well as being a stable person with a good ability to collaborate. You are skilled at creating team spirit and employee engagement.
