Childcare Worker for Parent Cooperative Snäckskalet, Hovås

Permanent position 50% – with possibility for extended hours

Parent Cooperative Snäckskalet is located in Hovås, Gothenburg, close to both the sea and the forest. We are a small preschool with one unit and 18 children aged 1–6 years. We cherish curiosity, community, and joy, and we actively work with pedagogy both outdoors and indoors.

You will become part of a team of four engaged educators where you jointly plan, implement, and develop the activities based on the curriculum goals. In our cooperative, we have short decision-making paths and good opportunities to influence the pedagogical work. The parents are engaged in the association and contribute primarily with administrative tasks.

About the position

The position is a permanent employment of 50% starting August 10, 2026.

As we are a small operation with needs that may vary over time, there are good opportunities for extended working hours in the future for those interested.

• Are an educated childcare worker (merit)
