Substitute School Counselor in Vara Municipality

Your Role

As a Substitute School Counselor in Vara Municipality, you will be part of the schools' student health team, where you will play an important role in contributing to a good environment for students' health, learning, and development.

Your Knowledge and Experience

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker or has another qualification deemed equivalent. Previous experience in school counseling is an advantage.

You are secure, stable, and have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You can work independently but see the strength in being part of a team of different professions for the best holistic solutions for our students. You have a very good ability to work both goal-oriented and solution-focused based on current governing documents, always with the students' best interests in mind.

Employment rate 100%, start date 2026-08-03 or by agreement.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the application period.
