The youth residing at Falkgatan are at the end of their stay at SiS and need to be prepared to reintegrate into society. The tasks are varied and require high levels of collaboration, commitment, and independence. Personal Qualities:

You need to be a responsible, positive, and resilient person with a strong ability to set boundaries. We expect you to be structured yet flexible, as the work requires both long-term planning and the ability to act quickly in unexpected situations.

A significant part of the work involves motivational work, which means you need to have patience and a pedagogical approach. In stressful situations, you can act calmly, controlled, and professionally.

All care and treatment interventions are documented daily, which means you need to express yourself well in writing.
