Our client is a 22-year-old male who needs support and assistance from personal assistants. He lives in Lidköping with his family and has a disability in the form of autism.

As a person, he is very interested in computers, and it is beneficial if you have some knowledge of the computer world as well. It is a fairly active family that enjoys doing things together. As a family, they sometimes travel abroad, and the client's assistants accompany him on these trips. Our client already has a fantastic team of assistants, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that team. We are primarily seeking a woman, as our client feels more secure with one.

The client is sensitive to perfume and also allergic to pets, so we are looking for someone who does not have pets or use perfume during working hours.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

Working as a personal assistant is a developing and stimulating job, where you will grow as a person! You will assist our client in the daily happenings of a home, hang out in front of the computer, and engage him in his daily life. He travels a bit and therefore needs an assistant with him during these times.

If you have experience with autism, it is an advantage. You need to be a calm person who can read situations and adapt to the client's needs. It is beneficial if you live in Lidköping and have a driver's license and a car, as you will be doing activities in his free time.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with autism.
• Experience with low-arousal responses.
• Class B driver's license.
• Swedish spoken and written.
• English spoken.
• No pets.

Working Hours/ Employment Rate

• Hourly – extra as needed during the regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.
• Start according to agreement.
• The job may involve traveling abroad in service with the client.

About Salary

We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement. We offer training and wellness benefits.
