We are looking for a cheerful and reliable assistant

We are now looking for a cheerful and reliable assistant who wants to start working with our client, a guy in his 30s living in his own apartment in Ryd, Skövde.

He has autism and a great need to take daily walks, which we hope you see as a benefit during your work shift. He has echolalia and understands shorter sentences. During weekdays, he attends DV where his assistant also accompanies him.

The role and experience of the assistant

We are primarily looking for someone who wants to step in extra during vacancies, but there is a chance for fixed hours on a rolling schedule. We see that you have a good sense of humor and a twinkle in your eye. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects of the client's care needs and routines.

Desirable experiences

• Driver's license.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant.
• Experience with autism and a pedagogical approach.
• Experience with self-harming behavior.
• Swedish spoken and written.

Working hours/employment rate

• Hourly – extra as needed during the regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.
• Immediate start.
• Shifts are scheduled during all hours of the day with on-call duty at night.
• Currently, shifts are very varied. Everything from day shifts to 24-hour shifts.

• We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
