I am a fabulous 17-year-old girl living with my family in Gothenburg. I need support in my group, and I hope you are the one I am looking for!

Some of the things I enjoy are swimming, so you should be able to swim and tolerate chlorine. I also like being outdoors, going to the movies, listening to music, dancing, and taking my dog out – so I would love for you to like dogs as much as I do! I have younger brothers whom I love and enjoy spending time with, so you should be okay with small children.

If you want to be my personal assistant, you will assist me in doing things in my everyday life, especially activities that I find fun! Since I like to do a lot and need assistance with everything, it’s good if you have good physical fitness, as there will be some lifting involved. You will accompany me in my daily life, and your workplace will be both in my home and out on activities.

I have epilepsy and use an eye-controlled computer as a communication aid, and I would appreciate it if you have experience in both areas. I have also recently received a venous port, through which I receive my nutrition (TPN), and you will receive training in this, so it’s important that you are not uncomfortable with blood.

Requirements for the position:

• Driver's license
• Women only
• Experience with epilepsy
• Experience in personal assistance at home with children
• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, as communication is important

Meritorious:

• Experience with TPN and venous port (nutrition given intravenously)
• Experience with stoma
• Understanding of the LSS world
• Experience with emergency situations

Scope: I am looking for someone who wants to work hourly during the spring and summer, to be able to increase hours and work according to a schedule after the summer. In my assistance, there are varying working hours: early morning, day, evening, awake night, and weekends, so you need to be able to work variably and flexibly.
