As a customer advisor, you build trust and confidence with our clients and guide them during a time filled with sorrow and uncertainty for many. Working with funerals is varied, eventful, and requires a good understanding of people's different needs. You take overall responsibility for planning and adapting the ceremony according to the client's needs and wishes while always having the support of colleagues nearby. Some of the tasks include:

• Meeting relatives and providing advice on planning and executing the funeral ceremony, including the choice of ceremony type, coffins, urns, and other details
• Preparing cost estimates, handling invoicing and payments
• Coordinating and liaising with external suppliers such as florists, churches/religious communities, and authorities
• Acting as a ceremony host in churches and chapels if needed
• Handling the deceased during personal farewells and preparation for the ceremony if needed
• Providing support and practical guidance to relatives throughout the entire funeral process, from the first meeting to follow-up

We are looking for a new colleague for the role of mobile customer advisor in our customer area 1044, which has a total of six offices, four in Gothenburg, one in Kungälv, and one in Stenungsund. The position will be based at an office in Gothenburg. Since the role is mobile, you will move throughout the customer area, where there is an expectation that you actively help colleagues staff all six offices.

We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, as in this role you will be an important resource moving between our offices and supporting where needed. Within the customer area, we work as a team, which means you will work with colleagues at several different locations. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date to be agreed upon, preferably as soon as possible. Fonus applies a 6-month probation period.

What You Bring

• Experience in service and/or sales
• Experience working with a customer focus
• Very good administrative skills and familiarity with various business systems and the Office suite
• Have a B driver's license and access to your own car, as this is a requirement for the position
• It is an advantage if you speak multiple languages or have experience working with different cultures
• It is an advantage if you have experience in our or related fields
