Our operations are run by the Salvation Army and consist of Lilla Bommen's emergency and support accommodation, Slussen, and Nylösegården, which is a drug-free support accommodation. We also have a collective accommodation for transition.

We are looking for committed and driven substitute workers for our operations.

Job Description

Your mission is to ensure the daily operations run smoothly and to support clients based on their individual needs and goals in the implementation plan. The tasks may vary depending on the individual you meet and the operation you work in. Documenting the daily work is a task that occurs in all operations.

Qualifications

You have experience working with people in need of support. Since the job involves meeting people with complex life situations, it is important that you can meet people in a respectful manner and be professional in difficult situations.

You are relationship-building and have a very good ability to establish contact with people. You are flexible and easily collaborate with others. You should be able to take initiative and be willing to take responsibility. You should have experience in addiction care and mental health.

You should preferably have experience working with case management and documentation.

You should also be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a substitute. The working hours are on a rolling schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends. Suitable education may include treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, social worker, or other higher vocational education that the employer deems equivalent. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The job requires a B driver's license and a criminal record check from the police, which you must bring with you when you are called for an interview. Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
