Part-time Assistants Wanted for Personal Assistance

Saga Omsorg offers personal assistance according to the Act on Support and Service. We work to, in collaboration with the personal assistant, safeguard the customer's self-determination, good living conditions, and the opportunity for freedom in everyday life. At Saga Omsorg, engagement and good relationships are key words in daily work. With us, you will have close and accessible contact with your immediate manager. We have a collective agreement and permission to provide assistance from the Health and Care Inspectorate.

We want to expand our group with more guys to maintain our even distribution, but if we find the right girl for the job, that works too.

Do you want to work with something meaningful and become part of an engaged team? We are now looking for part-time assistants for a young man living centrally in Borås, near Södra torget. The work involves personal assistance with varying working hours, including day shifts, double shifts, and awake night shifts.

Working Hours:

• Day shift: 09:00–21:30
• Double shift: 13:00–16:00
• Awake night: 21:00–09:00

About the Customer:

You will work in a home with a young man who has a great interest in computer games, movies, series, and spending time with his girlfriend and friends. He needs support in his daily life, including:

• Track maintenance
• Hygiene
• Transfers with aids

We are looking for someone who:

• Is between 20–40 years old
• Is responsible, attentive, and has a good attitude
• Enjoys working closely with another person
• Has no problem working in a home with a cat
• Has a driver's license – advantageous, but not required

No previous experience is needed – training will be provided on-site.
